Problem: The recall of the above product is due to a foreign matter contamination – soft plastic pieces. Food safety hazard: Food products containing foreign matter may cause illness or injury if consumed. What to do: Consumers should not eat this product. Any customers who may still have unused packs of Woolworths Australian Beef Mince Premium purchased on Wednesday 27/07/2011 at WOOLWORTHS DECEPTION BAY SUPERMARKET, DECEPTION BAY QLD only– either in their refrigerators or freezers – should return the product to their nearest Woolworths Supermarket for a full cash refund.
